Hi to my pretty and sweet Sis!!
This card actually was a mixture of pieces I already had and didn't want to waste, i.e., the wreath and the Noel sentiment. They each were for different projects that just didn't pan out and I saved them from a couple of weeks ago. and put them together on this pink cardstock. and ended up with this card.
Stamp: None (sentiment computer generated)
Paper: DCWV Silver metallic CS; SU Pretty in Pink and Whisper White CS
Accessories: Macgill pine branch punch; SU circle punches and pink rhinestone adhesive gems.
I meant to upload another card at the same time - so I'll be right back with another card - geez - if my head weren't attached . . . . Later Gator.

Ignore this post and go on down to the earlier post today. If you need to know the reason, see below:
This is one of the same cards below in the last post, but for some reason InLinkz on Priscilla's blog for the MMSC challenges, would let me tie into the same link since I had challenges 83 and 84 together in the same post below. So, basically just ignore this post and go on down to the post earlier today. I had to repeat this so it would link up.
I have 3 cards for this post. The top 2 are for the Midnight Madness Challenges 83 and 84 and the bottom card is for the Queen for the Day Challenge #38.

We were suppose to get up to an inch of snow today, but just received a dusting at best. But it is definitely brrr cold and windy.
My sweet honey pie of a husband fixed me some hot chocolate with marshmallows - he is the best of the best!
I don't have much in the way of chitchat today, so Later Gator!

This card was made for the Midnight Madness Sketch challenge #82. I followed the cleaner of the two sketches for #82. I am currently on a fairy and angel kick. This cute little fairy came from Stitchy Bear and doesn't she have the sweetest face - whereas yesterday's Dark Angel was pretty - but definitely not a cheery image.

Ink: Copics: Clothes/Shoes: R000,00,01; Hair: Y11, YR20, 21; Skin: E000,00,01 and R20; Lips, Belly band, Forehead band and earrings: R29; Wings: E30, 31 and 33
Paper: Basic Gray Capella DP; SU Blushing Bride and Whisper White CS
Accessories: SU Dazzling Diamonds and Wild Orchid flowers
It's been snow flurrying all day here - just tiny flakes and it isn't sticking - which is good.
Midnight Madness challenge over at Priscilla's blog listed challenges 82, 83 and 84 - and we can post as many cards as we want for each challenge all month - this is a monthly challenge with 3 groups of designs - which makes it kind of easy to work at an easy pace.
Well, that's it for now. Later Gator!

This card is for Danni's Flutterby Wednesday challenge (an open challenge this week - but you need to use an angel, butterfly or fairy). I chose to use the Dark Angel digi from Stitchy Bear - I thought she was a gorgeous image and was fun to color! Although, if you look closely, you'll see she has nails and they are so tiny - it was hard not to do anything but dab the tip of the copic onto her nails and hope they didn't smear. I did learn one thing from doing this image. Whenever I use dark colored copics (as the reds above), once I finish coloring the red portion, I let it dry completely before going to the next part of the image. I got in a bit of a hurry and I pulled a bit of the red into another part of her and couldn't 0 it out enough to continue to use her and had to start over! I haven't noticed that happening with the lighter colors. Well, each day I am learning to use copics a little more.
Image: Dark Angel - Digi - Stitchy Bear
Paper: Jovial DP and SUWhisper White, Real Read CS and Black CS from Michael's.
Ink: Copics: Leather Outfit: R35, 37, 39; Necklace: C2, R37; Lips, earring and nails: R37; Hair: B97, 99; Legs (I colored her legs with E000, 00 and 01 and then took C2 and went over her legs so her stockings would look like they were actually over skin); Skin: E000, 00 01 and R20; Wings: C3, 4 and 5
Accessories: Prima Black and Silver flowers; shiny silver brads and SU Dazzling Diamonds (which didn't show up very well - since we haven't had a good sunny day for a bit now).
I think I am going to now invest in Prima Premier colored pencils set and buy some gamsol and start learning how to do that technique as well. I see many ladies in blogland use both mediums together, i.e., copics and Primas - often blending with the pencils.
It's been a couple of gloomy days - today high of 28 - but blustery winds and no sun. A little sun would go a long way!
We're having turkey and noodles tonight and it smells so good - yummerz!
Sad news today - Mothermark from SCS e-mailed all of us from the Sisterhood of the Traveling Teapotters and let us know that the recipient of our cards from this last destination passed away before they could get her all of our cards. So, all of the cards we sent - once they put new cards on the back of the card fronts will be going to a cancer center to be used for other patients and their families.
Well, that's it for my blurb on the blog today - so, Later Gator!
