The mood board for the November Scrap Around the World Challenge is beautiful and serene. I chose to use my fav color - blue - and for just a touch of color, I added Ranger's Liquid Pearls in Hot Cocoa inspired by the lovely board. NOTE: I also used a technique I learned from Terhi Koskinen on her blog Terhi Koskinen blog. I used a stencil, but cut out a circle and put that on top of the stencil as I spread my paste - so it's in the shape of a circle! Check out Terhi's blog - she is an amazing artist!
