MMTPT262 and Crafty Secrets August Linky Party

This card is for MMTPT262 on SCS.  This week our cards are going to Deborah in Canada.  Deborah is the sister of a friend of mine, Elizabeth Lincoln (I Love Rubber on SCS).  Deborah has faced many struggles in her life - and yet another has arisen.

And, this card is also for the August Linky Party at Crafty Secrets. Elizabeth (my friend mentioned above) is also on the Design Team for Crafty Secrets and I am dropping this card off for that challenge.  However, let me say now, I am not much of a vintage card creator - although I wish I could master that technique.  I've seen many, many beautiful vintage cards and, in fact. Elizabeth does vintage perfectly!

Card Recipe:

Image:  Crafty Secrets Feathered Friends
Paper:  SU Bashful Blue and Prima En Francais DP
Accessories:  SB Matting Basics A&B Dies; Paper Distressing Tool; Blue Lace (a gift from Karin)

Thanks so much for stopping by - later gator!

  8. Hi Kathy, I think this is a fabulous vintage style card. I find the image kind of evolves as you create with any subject. Crafty Secrets images look great in many styles even clean and simple. You colour superbly and that is a great asset to any style, especially vintage. Thanks for coming to our August Linky Party.
    Cheers, Elizabeth
