QFTD33 - Hilda a/k/a Broom on SCS

Firstly, Hi to my sweet and pretty Sis!  Hi to my handsome and charming son, his pretty wife and my very cute grandson!

This card is for Hilda, a/k/a Broom on SCS - she is the QFTD33.  Hilda has a large variety of awesome cards contained within her gallery. I made this card CASEd from her card, which is identical - except for the colors and bow, otherwise, the layout, image and sentiment are identical.  I also CASEd another card from her gallery, which I will upload tomorrow and it is really my favorite of the two.  Since I don't have a light box, I usually try to take my pictures in the daylight hours - the results are always better.

Well, today was kind of a dumpy day - my husband was sick last night and all day today.  I was suppose to have my grandson today, but I didn't think he needed to be around my hubby.  So, I was kind of bummed all day.  My grandson had a costume party/Halloween party to go to early this evening, so I wouldn't have had all day anyway.  He is at that age now when he likes spending time with his friends - he is 14.

I don't know about you, but I am so tired of all the political ads [or should I say dirt flying between the candidates].  After Tuesday the 2nd, they will be off the air - and I know the hallelujah chorus will be playing!  I mean, geez, you just want to take the two running for each office and bang their heads together and say "play nice or neither one of you will get the toy."

It was fairly nice today - about 65 degrees and sunny - but breezy.  I think the weather person on the radio said it is suppose to be about the same tomorrow.  I need to go out and cut some plants back for the season.
