CCEE1208
Shirley, our sweet team mate and friend, is giving the challenge this week to use our favorite zoo animal. I don't really like to see any animals kept in the zoo - would rather they were running wild, but probably one of my favorite wild/zoo animals is a zebra - they are so cute and such an oddity with their stripes.
Card Recipe:
Stamp: Whimsy Spring Zebra and SU Teeny Tiny Wishes
Paper: Basic Grey Hello Luscious DP; MFP 140 lb. white
Ink: Copics: Zebra: C7, 5, 3, 1, 00 and R30; Bird: Y04, 02, 00 and YR68; Flowers: Y02, 00, YG0, 03, 01 and YG67
Accessories: Nesties scalloped circle die; Whimsy Tab 1 die
Thanks for taking a look and we sure hope to see you join us over at the CCEE challenge blog for this week's challenge! Also, be sure and check out the wonderful cards and projects from my ultra-talented team mates!
Later gator!

ReplyDeleteFABULOUS Kathy!~
ReplyDeleteBeautiful papers, Kathy, and a sweet zebra. I was hearing the other day that recent research seems to indicate that the stripes mean that they are less troubled by flies than other animals - sounds like a good reason to me for going striped!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a darling card. I love your coloring on it, and the cute way you did the sentiment.
ReplyDeleteooo what a sweet stamp kathy your card is very beautiful.
ReplyDeletegreetings karin
what a precious little scene....fab coloring....cool layout.....another winner from Kathyville
ReplyDeleteKathy, this is so so cute! That litle zebra is adorable. I too love the zebras. On a show on the Discovery channel they said the reason zebras have stripes is to keep the horse flies away. Balogna! If that were true horses would be striped. I say some researcher is WRONG! But whatever the reason for the stripes...I love them!
